Abbey M. Horwitz is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for New Jersey. Ms. Horwitz practices primarily in the areas of real estate, general corporate, wills, trusts and estates, and personal representation. Prior to joining Holm & O'Hara LLP, she worked as a Human Resources Associate at Holtzbrinck Publishers. Ms. Horwitz graduated from New York Law School in 2006, where she received a Carbonell Fellowship in Law and Policy. Valeria A. Kozhich is admitted to practice law before the state courts of New York. She graduated cum laude with a concentration in International Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2006, where she served as Executive Articles Editor on the Case Western Reserve Journal of International Law. Her article analyzing corporate governance practices in Pakistan, Corporate Governance in an Emerging Market: A Perspective on Pakistan, was recently published in the Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management. Ms. Kozhich received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service in 2003. She practices primarily in the areas of real estate, general corporate, wills, trusts and estates, and personal representation. Ms. Kozhich is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the New York State Bar Association, where she serves on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Section.
Cindy Cho Lee is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and New Jersey and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Lee graduated from New York Law School in 2007, where she was on the Dean's List. While in law school, Ms. Lee served as the President of the Asian American Law Students Association and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Nicholas Figueroa in the New York State Supreme Court. Ms. Lee received her undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2000. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a management consultant at Capgemini, Center for Business Innovation. Ms. Lee practices primarily in the areas of labor, employee benefits, and civil litigation. Ms. Lee is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Asian American Bar Association of New York, the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee, and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
